[KVIrc] Mac OSX SL builds

All,

I've managed to get KVIrc to compile on OSX SL (10.6.2) with the 
recently released Qt 4.6.2. It does run and it works a lot better than 
the previous test that I had done. There are a lot of bugs in it though, 
not sure if they're true bugs or something specific to my system, so if 
anyone can test and see if they have issue, I'd appreciate it.

I've seen a few things like the cursor not resetting to the proper 
cursor (Finger point instead of Text cursor), Tree window highlight not 
working properly, etc...
