[KVIrc] Thomas' mac os x snapshot on 10.4

Hi,

I'm afraid I'll not be able to help anymore on testing 10.4 
compatibility since I've upgraded to 10.6 (too much software just 
doesn't work on 10.4 now).

On 10.6, I get the following since I've upgraded to Qt 4.5.3 :
Dyld Error Message:
   Library not loaded: QtDBus.framework/Versions/4/QtDBus
   Referenced from: /Applications/KVIrc-r3518.app/Contents/MacOS/kvirc
   Reason: image not found

On Qt 4.5.2 and Qt 4.5.1 it started up, but there were some graphical 
issues and the app was slow.
