[KVIrc] Ming32 / cmake compilation

Hi folks,
   i'm happy to inform you that the ming32/cmake port for windows is 
quite complete and functional now.
All the main problems (compilation/linking/module loading/network/gui) 
are solved, while many small problems are remains (sporadic segfaults or 
locks..).
If anyone feels he want to test it, under doc/ you can find the win32 
compiling howto v2.0 with fresh informations inside.

I attach a nice screenshot :)
